All initial consultations are free. Thereafter most retainers are on a fee for service that is explained to the client at the front end. That is, the fees and disbursements are discussed and agreed upon beforehand as opposed to a client being presented with a bill at the end which may or may not have been in an amount they could reasonably foresee. Accounts may be paid in one sum or installments as per each client’s individual position.
When acting for corporations or government clients an hourly billing service in accordance with their experience is provided.
